• Artist and hosts must submit an application to become a member of the platform.

    Artist must provide;

    • An Artist CV
    • A portfolio of sample work
    • Proof of a profile that has been public for 2+ years.
    • An Artist Statement
    • Photo of the artist
    • Account information after application is accepted

    Hosts must provide;

    • Mailing Address
    • Valid government ID
    • Proof of ownership
    • Proof of listing/s

    All members must agree to a background check.

  • A maximum number of reproductions, per artwork, is suggested to the artist in the licensing of usage rights to Gallery Nest.

  • The artist must guarantee exclusive rights to Gallery Nest for the specific artworks uploaded, and for a time period proceeding the maximum number of reproductions, defined in the usage terms. Exclusivity rights apply only to the work of the artists that have been uploaded for use on the Gallery Nest platform.

  • Reproductions sent to owners and hosts do not count toward the reproduction limit.

  • Commissions on sales of the artwork are available only for Sponsor Members, and only apply to reproductions that are included in the count of the reproduction limit.

  • “Collecting Art as Investment” - Advertisement displayed on digital frame slideshow.

  • In addition to a profile and storefront, artist will have access to education that supports the development of their Art Career in a way that helps them provide economic value to their audience and customers.
