Objective:

Economic education and cooperative economics for artists. Build the tools and systems to provide for our own needs, personally and collectively.

Description:

A democratic social enterprise, with three classes of ownership; worker owner (WO , investing owner (IO), and consumer owner (CO). Every member has a vote in the most important decisions, and any member can be elected to the board of directors. All members have a vote in board and trustee elections. Worker members are responsible for forming operating teams on a project basis. The board is responsible for approving budgets for mission aligned projects and managing overall logistic and administrative responsibilities for the community at large, and inter-related projects. The Board is comprised of the trustees and external fiduciary consultants.

Max of 150 members owner per year.

Agreement length is two years. Non disclosure non-compete.
