Introduction
In my research of how to conduct yourself lawfully and legally, I’ve come to recognize the distinction between Private versus Public, especially in business. Operating on the private side of life is how the wealthiest people in the world protect their wealth.
Claim your Identity and Organize
All things manifest in this universe by agreement and everyone has the right to self identify. Your ability to create wealth is directly proportional to your ability to contract. Your ability to contract on this planet is based on your ability to identify yourself properly and prevent all others from contracting on your behalf, unless granted the power by you to do so. How you identify is the status that you claim. Your status determines what jurisdiction you fall under. Depending on how one identifies, you automatically fall within a class distinction, and the nation-states will either claim you as a state dependent minor (legally inept) and a corporate citizen, or a sovereign man or woman and natural being.
Black (and White) is not an ethnic identity, it is a class status. It is not an ethnic identity because the term has no connection to a people coming from a land or tribe, i.e. American, Chinese, Nigerian, etc. There’s a long and complex history behind this that I am still learning about. I got mad booksBasically, the only way to operate in private is to claim your rights as a natural being by affidavit. So we must claim our identities that are based on our relationship to the land and the people that share the land. We must claim our heritage as Indigenous and or Native Americans. In addition to doing that as individuals and as a collective, we can begin to build our own systems and structures that address our needs without need of “government” intervention and violence, with nation and international help including funding when necessary.
While I was looking into becoming a Moor, which is one of the decisions I recognized I couldn't make without you, I began to understand how important it is to be able to align yourself with and operate within established law a treaties (even if they have not been upheld and respected by the “Whites”). With that, identifying as Indigenous, in our case Indigenous American, gives us a way to reestablish our wealth and position as the stewards of the planet.
Through rights established historically under treaty, under international law, Indigenous rights, Human rights, Rights of the Child, and the unalienable rights granted to us by the creator, however you choose to define it, we have the lawful and legal authority to establish an identity that grants us full power to live however we choose, to meet our own needs, without the need of “government” approval or intervention. The safest and most beneficial way to do this is collectively and collaboratively.
We establish our identity and heritage through records by researching and rediscovering the history of our families and bloodlines. Which is a reward all on its own. This is the level of understanding that I want all of our melanated people to occupy, no matter how they chose to identify.
Building a Village of Wealth
In terms of building wealth for ourselves and our families, we have abundant options as to how our health and wealth are established, but some are more easily accessible and others more pressing. However, by a process of needs assessment and a focus on the advancement of Arts, Culture, and Agriculture, by and for melanated peoples, we can establish community based practices for health and wealth in co-operatives aligned by industry.
With that, melanated people are their own worst enemy. But they are not to blame because they are the active targets of the worst forms of war, propaganda, manipulation, and miseducation, and genocide, all to prevent us from identifying with our lands to take it back. A continuous opportunity for collective dreaming is offered as a solution.
To address a poverty of imagination of what’s possible in a post-Capitalist world, we assign Artists with the task of manifesting visions for a world operating in collaborative harmony with ourselves, each other, and Nature, for the benefit of all here and all those to come.
A focus on local sourcing and the organization of cyclical restorative resource systems is imperative. See the following video for an example:
In terms of structure to protect the wealth we grow together, it’s best to operate within a Trust. A trust is the key to operating in Private while conducting business. Anything done inside of the trust can be positioned as work done for the benefit of the Trustees, which is really important for business operations. Almost any form of business can be conducted from within a trust, although there are limitations of who and how you are working with within them to protect its status as a legal entity. Again, unless we Nationalize under indigenous identities.
Again, the primary topic of importance here is learning to contract in your proper status, based on your self professed identity/identities. You are not entitled or liable to any jurisdiction except for those that you claim.
Peer-to-Peer education, Industry group, and cooperative. I know that I need your help here the most lol Idk if the name is all that good, and I surely need your help in communicating these ideas in the most accessible ways. My goal here is to cultivate Detroit’s creative scenes into a creative industry, but there’s lots of education and and organization that needs to take place.
Not only do I see Art & Culture as a way to get Detroiter’s PAID PAID, it can attract the people and population growth we need to sustain an industry. Blockchain and cyrptocurrely presents us with a unique opportunity to not only pay people to learn, but to also learn while doing by working directly with professional creatives in an apprentice styled working relationship. I imagine an app or platfrom where you can engage as both a student and professional, with an education portal and a job board based on the needs of the people within the co-op.
Lots of self discovery would be necessary and intrinsic to the whole process of art making, especially for art students. I think that it is important to intentionally emphasize both personal and team discovery for the health of everyone involved and the group as a whole. What I’ve found to be both fun and easy is talking personality tests and questionnaires. Ideally, people can get paid for the journey of self discovery through art, and helping others manifest their art as well.
Who to start with initially is where I think it’s important that you and your friends take over. It’s important to me that we do not tolerate abusers, narcissists, psychopaths, and sociopaths. Those are the people who pose the greatest threat to everything thats beneficial for the collective, so they cannot be involved. This about the safety of all of those involved in building a better future for ourselves and the people we care about most. I also would like to avoid using language that aligns with gentrifiers, so there’s lots of group work to be done here.
From here I imagine the student finding a topic that they want to explore, or skill they wish to develop by aligning with a group member, to learn by doing in the established artist create. The members also work with each other through an internal jobs or project board, group funding events (Detroit Soup), networking events, community outreach and development, and fundraising. With Blockchain, Smart Contracts, and NFTs there’s the opportunity for the community and artists’ audience to have direct involvement and ownership in the creation of new work at whatever level of cultural impact. Although, some of these ideas would qualify as securities, if we are able to collectivize under an indigenous identity there is no regulatory authority beyond international law that can restrict how we meet our economic, social, or spiritual needs. There are no regulatory bodies that can influence how we protect and provide for our Women and Children especially. This is how we build our village.
In terms of economic goals as a group, we are to focus on developing a circular economy, in Detroit initially and then internationally, through the ownership, development and use of;
Land
Water
Food
Energy
Gold, Silver, Copper
Crypto & Fiat Currencies
Intellectual Property
Other Assets and Collectibles
Land & Community Development
International Industrialization
Success in any one of these areas makes success in all of them more likely and easier. We can do any and every thing together.
